Leftover Turkey Casserole

2 cups uncooked rice
1/2 cups water
1/4 cup chopped celery
cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sage
2 cups chopped turkey
2 cups turkey gravy
Cook rice with water, celery, onion, salt, pepper & sage. Add turkey & gravy.
Put in an open casserole & bake
for 1/2 hour at 375F until top is browned.
You can add cooked vegetables if you like to make it a complete meal.
This is as popular in my house as the turkey!
