Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Grease a 15" x 10" (38 x 25 cm) jelly roll
pan or cookie sheet with sides.
In a large bowl combine; oatmeal, graham wafer crumbs, sugar, baking soda and
peanuts. Mix well. Combine corn syrup with melted butter and
vanilla. Add to oat mixture and mix well. Press into pan and bake
for 15 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a
double boiler or bowl in the microwave. Spread over warm, baked bars.
Cool 10 minutes in pan and cut into 2" x 1" (4 x 2 cm) pieces. Put in
refrigerator to set the chocolate.
