Cook broccoli in 1 cup water until tender. Don't drain - puree
broccoli and water in blender. Return to pan.
Add milk, chicken soup, bouillon powder & oregano. Stir.
Brown chicken in oil (or spray pan with cooking oil spray). Add to
broccoli mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring
Makes 9 cups of soup.
NOTE: You can substitute left over chicken or turkey and fresh broccoli.
