Whole Wheat Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 10 tablespoons butter (softened) 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil a baking sheet 2. In a large bowl wisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream
butter with brown sugar,
about four minutes. Beat in the egg. Stir in the vanilla. Add flour
mixture to the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and and the oats 3. Drop by spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min. Or until
brown.
