Tips to Spice Up Your Wardrobe

I bet all of us at one time or another has had a time when we open our wardrobe and gasp in astonishment because we wonder what to wear for some event even though your wardrobe is ready to burst. It all boils down to one thing, it entirely depends on how we select and shop for our clothes. I guess it is now time to act and think about how to spice up our wardrobe to avoid moments like this. Simply put, there are strategies we could follow to make the most out of our wardrobe shopping.
If you do not act earlier, chances are your wardrobe will be full of clothes that you will barely use and seldom wear. There are two types of women, the love and the hate but both have the same bottom line; they both do not have that all great of a wardrobe. While the hate women choose those pieces that they see fit, the love women go buy clothing in impulse and do not think about what they should really wear. It is now time to go between the two types and take over in controlling your wardrobe that will be full of clothing that you will really wear. Think about what suits you best, what brings out the best of that body of yours and have a wardrobe full of clothing that suits your taste, your attitude and moods, your personality and lifestyle. When you buy sets of clothes make sure that both pieces can be mixed to other types in your wardrobe to create an endless list of pairs.
There are three ways to attain this namely: planning, investing and focusing.
The way to plan is to go through your wardrobe and see all the pieces that you have. From there you will be able to pick which ones you wear more often. Go through each one of them and make sure that they are still in perfect condition or still can be repaired otherwise get rid of them. Put out all clothing that you seldom wear and put them in boxes or in different areas where it could not mix with the clothes you mostly wear. Separating them makes it easier to control the going in and going out of your wardrobe. You can take note mostly of what needs replacing.
An ideal wardrobe is a wardrobe where it contains the best of classics and trends. This means that you are wearing them over and over again within a year may it be skirts or pants or maybe even just plain hippy t-shirt. The colors should be ones that are not going to stand out. They should be ones like black, brown, white or tan. The longer your clothes will last, the better your wardrobe can be. This is where your investment should lie.
Stay focused on what is urgent and important. Sort out your clothes and from there you should be able to know how much you should spend for each piece especially when it means replacing the ones you have already taken out of your wardrobe.
