Ingredients
2 10-oz pkgs frozen, chopped
spinach, thawed and drained
1 (1oz) pkg ranch dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
10 large flour tortillas
In a bowl, combine first six ingredients; mix well. Spread mixture onto
tortillas and roll up. Refrigerate rolls until ready to serve. Just before
serving, cut rolls into 1-inch pieces. Makes approximately 7 dozen pieces.
