Easy Sour Cream Potatoes
6 Potatoes, diced and cooked until barely tender
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream of celery soup
6 green onions, sliced (both ends)
Mix all the ingredients except the chips. Put in a casserole dish and
then cover with the chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
