Orange Jello Pineapple Salad

By Merle Eldridge

500 g cottage cheese
1 L cool whip
540 ml drained crushed pineapple
1 pkg orange jello

Mix everything together and put in fridge. I used sliced pineapple and cut it up myself. I also just used no-name products

for the whole thing.  Yoy ca use a 170g package of jello but the 85g is fine too. Just depends on how much orange flavor you want. Just make sure you DRAIN the pineapple, turns out very runny if you don't.

Variation : Strawberry jello is  good....Put some fresh sliced strawberries in a bowl  before  putting some of the salad on top of them. Yummy !!!
