Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
1 16-ounce can refried beans
1 Cup Sour Cream ( or IMO)
1 pkg taco seasoning (or make your own using Cumin as your main ingredient)
3 1/2 ournce green chili salsa (again, use tomato sauce and spices to make your
own)
cheddar cheese (medium)
Monterey Jack cheese
Taco Chips
Brown hamburger. Add beans and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes. Put in bottom
of a casserole dish. Combine sour cream & salsa. Place over meat, top with
cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
