Cook and drain spaghetti. Brown ground meat and
chopped onion. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Reserve some of
the grated cheese to top the casserole(s). Combine all of the
ingredients and top with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for
35-40 minutes. I usually make two casseroles, one to freeze for
another time. This recipe is surprisingly good. To cut down on
sodium, you could substitute tomato paste and water to equal tomato sauce.
