Quick Hash Brown Casserole
1 large package of frozen hash browns
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cups longhorn cheese (shredded)
2 Tbs butter or margarine
1 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Mix together the frozen hash browns, onion and cheese.
Put in a casserole dish coated with the butter. Mix the remaining
ingredients, and pour over mixture in casserole dish.
Microwave 5 minutes at a time, until the cheese is melted. (Stir every
5 minutes) Then bake in a
425-degree oven for 20 minutes, until brown.
