1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg, cloves, and allspice
In one bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda together. Mix
the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Gently fold the dry ingredients
into the wet mixture.
Pour into a greased bread loaf pan, and bake in a preheated over (350
degrees) for 50-60 minutes, or until done. Remove mixture from pan, and
cool on a wire rack. Cover with a light towel.
