Popcorn- Fast and
Easy

One of the best diet foods around to satisfy your itch for
recreational eating and snacking is unbuttered popcorn. It is low on calories
and also good roughage.
I hope none of you still have those cumbersome hot air poppers
taking up room on your kitchen counter. Also, some may claim that popcorn tastes
better popped in oil...but you don't need those calories.
Be sure and try out the different brands of Microwave Popcorn.
Not only does it pop in the microwave in less than 4 minutes, but there is no
mess! That's my kind of snack!
We looked all around our town for the unbuttered kind, at the
lowest price. We found it...and it wasn't in a Grocery Store. It was a Walmart.
I used to get upset stomachs quite a bit, but I've found that eating a little
bit of popcorn at night, with some diet 7 up seems to stop it. I don't know if
it's the carbonated drink or just putting something in my stomach in the
evening, but it works for me! I hope this helps someone else.
