Nothing Cookies
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/2 white sugar
3/4 cups M&M's
Cream of tarter
Add a pinch of the cream of tartar to the eggs whites, and whip
with a blender until they peak. Slowly add 1/2 cup of
sugar. Fold in approx 3/4 cups of M&M's.
Spray by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet sprayed with a vegetable oil.
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
