Two Delicious Salsa Recipes
by Monica Resinger
Pico De Gallo is very versatile and delicious. Serve it with nachos,
burritos, tacos, grilled meats or anything that suits your fancy. It's a great
way
to slip extra veggies into your diet. It is delicious made with purchased
produce, but if you grow your own ingredients, there is a huge flavor
difference,
as well as more nutritional content, since fresh-picked produce contains more
nutrients than produce that has been sitting on shelves for who knows how
long. You'll also save money by growing your own!
