Shrimp & Broccoli Fettuccine

1 lb uncooked fettuccine (or other pasta)
1 cup uncooked broccoli (or other vegetables)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp canola oil
1 lb uncooked shrimp
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

tsp salt
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cook pasta according to package directions.
At the same time sauté broccoli and garlic in oil for a couple
minutes. Add shrimp, tomatoes, seasoning & salt to broccoli.
Cook for a few minutes until shrimp turns pink. Drain pasta and
add to frying pan. Mix. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if
desired.
Serves 8.
