Hot Spinach Salad

1 bag fresh spinach ½ lb bacon 1 cup pine nuts ½ cup crumbled feta cheese Roasted Red Pepper & Parmesan Dressing (to taste)
Fry bacon & cut into bacon bits.
Brown pine nuts in a lightly oiled pan. Let pan cool until warm and
then warm up spinach. Don't heat it too much or it will wilt.
Put first 4 ingredients in a bowl & mix. Add dressing, stir & serve.
