Hot Mexican Salad
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, finely diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 (small can diced green chiles
1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 head Iceburg lettuce shredded
2 tomatoes, choped
corn chips
Brown hamburger with onions and peppers. Drain if greasy. Add
seasonings.
Mix in the chilies, cheese and tomato sauce, and gently mix.
Serve over lettuce and top with the chopped tomatoes and corn
chips. |
