Canola Oil Chocolate Cake

2 cups
sugar
2/3 cups canola oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 cups flour
2
tsp baking powder
2/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
Beat first 4 ingredients for 4 minutes. Sift dry ingredients and alternate add
the dry ingredients and 2 cups boiling water to the oil mixture.
Bake
in a 9 x 12 greased pan for 50 min at 325F.
