1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine

until lightly browned (9-12 minutes).

off pineapple and add water to juice to equal 1 Cup. Blend into pudding mix, add
pineapple, and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a
full boil. Stir in Butter. Spread filling over cookies. Let cool slightly than
