Hot Ham Salad

Ingredients

3 Cups diced cooked ham
1 Cup diced celery
1/2 Cup chopped olives
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried mustard
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Crushed potato chips (or other topper)
 
Combine all the ingredients except the topper in an 8-inch baking dish.  Cover with crushed potato chips or other topper. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until mixture bubbles.
