Hamburger Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 package frozen corn, thawed
1 large size can tomato juice
6-ounces egg noodles
2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste, additional seasonings if desired
Brown hamburger with onions and peppers. Stir in corn and seasonings.
Layer uncooked noodles and hamburger in a buttered casserole dish, ending
with a hamburger layer on top.
Pour in tomato juice, and then top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until noodles are cooked and cheese is
melted.
