Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup cooked cubed Chicken 2 1/2 cup. cooked Rice 2 1/2 cup diced Celery 2 1/2 cup. Cream of Chicken Soup 2 T. chopped Onion 1 cup Mayonnaise 3/4 cup Water Chestnuts 2 T. Lemon Juice Salt and Pepper to Taste
Combine ingredients and put in a greased 9x13”
pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. (1 hr. if chilled in fridge)
Top with Chow Mein Noodles or Cracker crumbs.
