Mexican Enchilada Casserole Freezer Meal
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
14 corn tortillas
2 (10oz.) cans of enchilada sauce
2 1/2 cups. of cheddar cheese
1 small can of sliced olives (drained)
Mix all the ingredients together (tear the tortillas into
small pieces). Put into a freezer bag and freeze. When ready to
cook, thaw and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
