Frozen Strawberry Dessert
Powdered egg whites for 2 eggs (and water)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 package frozen strawberries
1 cup whipped cream
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
To make the crust, mix all the ingredients
and pat into a 9x13-inch pan. Reserve about 1/4 cup for the topping.
For the pie filling, beat
the first 4 ingredients until well blended.
Add the whipped cream. Pour into the graham cracker crust, and
sprinkle the top with the remaining crumbs. Freeze for one hour before
