Staying at Home

" One hundred years from now it will
not matter what kind of car you drove, what kind of house you lived in, how
much you had in your bank account, or what your clothes looked like. But the
world may be a little better because you were important in the life of a
child"

I hope that many of you who are reading this webpage are able to
stay at home and raise your children. I realize that sometimes mothers have no
choice but to work in order to meet family necessities. My heart goes out to
these women.
For those of your who have to work outside the home, take
comfort in the fact that your children are a lot smarter than most people give
them credit for. They know if you are working because you need
self-gratification, a fancier home or car, or because of true financial
necessity.
These are my opinions, and I hope that I don't offend anyone.
Everyone's situation is different. There may be other reasons why a woman needs
to work outside the home. Just remember- your children are "adults waiting to
happen". They are your "best friends in progress". Enjoy them! Treasure every
moment of their ever so short youth and childhood.
There is no sacrifice you can make of worldly goods that is
worthy to be compared to the time you spend with your children. If you can
possibly stay home, DO IT! You are blessing not only your own life, and the
lives of your children, but possibly generations to come.
