Here is a green dessert to go with the cranberries and add to the festive colors of the Season. The Crust Make your Favorite Graham Cracker Crust for a 9x13 inch pan. Add chopped nuts for extra crunch (about 1/2 Cup) Layer #1 Cream together & spread over Crust: 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese 1 C powdered sugar 1/2 pkg (13 oz ) cool whip Layer #2 Mix and Spread 2 small pkgs Pistachio pudding (cooked and cooled) over the cream cheese layer Layer #3 Top with remaining Cool whip. Refrigerate. You may also use lemon or chocolate pudding mix.
