Cold Outside, but warm inside, with all the decorations,
and the smells of Christmas baking. Here is a green dessert to go with the cranberries and add to the festive colors of the Season.
Make your Favorite Graham Cracker Crust for a 9x13 inch pan.
Add chopped nuts for extra crunch (about 1/2 Cup)
Cream together & spread over Crust:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
1/2 pkg (13 oz ) cool whip
Mix and Spread 2 small pkgs Pistachio pudding (cooked
and cooled) over the cream cheese layer
Top with remaining Cool
whip. Refrigerate. You may also use lemon or chocolate pudding mix.
