Crockpot Stew
Ingredients
2 Lbs Roast Beef (raw), cubed or cut into small pieces
3 potatoes, cubed
3 Carrots, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
1/2 package of Frozen Peas
1 can Cream of Potato, Celery, or Mushroom Soup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in the Crockpot. Cook on High Heat for at least
5 hours. Stir occasionally, and add liquid if necessary. Turn heat
to low until ready to eat.
