Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
2-3 cups ham, diced
6-8 potatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Put half of the ham, potatoes, and onions in a crock pot.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the cheese.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Pour soup over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 7 to 9 hours, or until
potatoes are tender.
