Hamburger Cornbread
Casserole
Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 can creamed corn
1 can chopped green chilies
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 lb hamburger
4 cups grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Brown the hamburger.
Then just mix everything together and bake for in a greased casserole dish at
425 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
