Crockpot Corned Beef and
Cabbage

Ingredients
Corn Beef Brisket (approx 3 pounds)
1 small or 1/2 large cabbage, cut into wedges
3 carrots, sliced
2 onions, cut in half or quartered
1 cup of water
Put all the ingredients in the crockpot, except the cabbage. Cook on
low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 5 to 6 hours. Add cabbage, and cook an
additional 2-3 hours, on the high setting. Be sure cabbage is immersed in
the liquid.
