Corn and Broccoli
Casserole
Ingredients
1 can creamed corn
1 package frozen chopped broccoli (10 ounces)
2 eggs (beaten)
2 Tbs white sugar
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Mix together the corn, eggs, sugar, flour
and salt. Add the cheese and broccoli. Mix and then pour into a 2
quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
