Chicken Pot
Roast
Ingredients
3-4 cups chicken, cubed or sliced
4 potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
1 onion, quartered
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
spices ( 1/2 teaspoon each of parsley, oregano, basil and garlic powder)
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
Put all the
ingredients in the crockpot on low heat, and cook for approx 8 hours.
Stir in sour
cream just before serving.
