Chicken, Rice and Broccoli
Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 Cup chopped onion 1/2 Cup chopped celery 1/4 cups butter or margarine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 empty soup can filled with milk 2 Cups cubed chicken, fresh or canned 2 Cups cooked, frozen broccoli 2 Cups cooked rice 1 Cup cheddar cheese Crushed Potato Chips
In a small skillet, sauté the onion and celery together until
the onions are translucent. Mix the soup with the milk, and then add to the rest of the
ingredients.
Put everything in a casserole dish, and cover the top with the cheese and potato
chips. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees or until the cheese is bubbly.
