Potato Casserole

Ingredients
6
medium sweet potatoes or yams
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp lemon
juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup grated walnuts
Cook &
mash sweet potatoes/yams. Mix in butter, lemon juice, salt & ¼ cup brown
sugar. Put in a casserole. Sprinkle remaining sugar & nuts on top.
Bake @ 375F for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
