Quick and Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 Can of Beef Stew (approx 2 1/2 Cups)
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 Cup Self-Rising Flour
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 tsp minced onions
1 Tbsp Sugar
Put the butter in your casserole dish, and melt in the
microwave. Mix all the ingredients together except the stew. Pour
them over the butter, and then gently layer the stew on top, without mixing.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until crust is nicely browned.
