Bedtime Made Easy for Kiddies

By Jamie Simpson

Every parent knows that tucking the kids to bed is not a easy a feat. Temper tantrums and bargaining is all a part of the game. Five more minutes. I just want to finish this TV show mum. Sometimes, if not always, it can be frustrating trying to think of ways on how to make it a lot easier for parents to bring their kids to bed without any drama.

For younger kids, giving them a soothing warm bath and a glass of warm milk can help. On others, a sweet, dreamy bed time story works like magic too. It creates bonding between child and parents and a lifetime of good memories.

Part of making these memories is creating a haven for your children. They love to play make believe. Their world is all about fantasy and dreams. By encouraging that and creating their dream environment can help them not just during bedtime but in most areas of their young lives.

Creating a fantasy room with a themed children's bed is a great way to encourage your kids to love going to sleep. Children's themed beds are excellent tools in helping your children transition from wake to sleep. If your little one loves knights and princes and fighting off the fire-breathing dragon, a castle theme bed will be perfect.

There are plenty of choices. If they like trains, a cozy choo choo theme bed will put them to sleep in no time at all. If you have a little girl, she can be a princess in her adorable, pink princess carriage bed awaiting for her to get onboard all the way to fantasy dream land.

Your little boys will love a fire engine bunk bed complete with wheels and rear headlight details, steering wheel and a ladder to get to the top.

Being a child in a world where dreams are being encouraged can be one of the best gifts you can give to your children. Instead of mentally wrestling with them during bed time, why not make a cozy haven for them?

A room with all the things they love and adore, and a sanctuary where they can transition from their little kid responsibilities to being who they want to be. It stimulates their mind and encourages them to be just who they are and who they can be. Make bedtime an easy time for both you and the kids. The sooner they can get their zzzs, the more down time you have for yourself or your other family members.
