4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
Vegetables, cut into bite-sized pieces (onions, red and green peppers)
1 cup barbecue sauce
Slide chicken and vegetables onto a skewer, placing one of each ingredients
on each skewer.
Lightly grease the barbecue grill. Place skewers on the grill, and
brush with sauce. Barbecue on high heat, turning frequently and applying
more sauce. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked (15-20 minutes)
Serve over cooked rice.
