1.) Core and chop unpeeled apples
2.) Cream margarine and sugar until smooth; add molasses. Gradually add eggs;
mix until blended.
3.) Combine all dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix until blended.
4.) Add chopped apples and mix until evenly distributed.
5.) Portion with #8 scoop (4 oz.) onto greased sheet pans (18x26x1 inch).
Flatten to 1/2 inch thickness.
6.) Bake at 350 F. 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack.
